Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality, cleanliness, and customer service and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat according to company standards.
• Prepare steaks, chops, roasts, ground meat, and other products.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Package, label, and properly store meat products.
• Inspect meat for quality, freshness, and proper appearance.
• Assist customers with meat selections and special orders.
• Maintain proper inventory and communicate product needs.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
