In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to transform kitchens and other living spaces through high-quality cabinet refacing and remodeling projects. Responsibilities

• Install cabinet refacing materials, including doors, drawer fronts, veneers, and trim.
• Measure and prepare job sites for installation projects.
• Remove and replace cabinet components while maintaining a clean work area.
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues when necessary.
• Safely operate power tools and installation equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, carpentry, or remodeling experience required.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and construction techniques.
• Ability to read measurements and follow installation specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
