Job Description

Join a leading professional services organisation and help drive its digital marketing strategy across paid advertising, social media, email, content and analytics. You’ll work closely with internal subject matter experts to create high-quality, engaging content, optimise campaigns and use performance insights to support lead generation, brand awareness and business growth.   • Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads , paid social, LinkedIn , email and other relevant digital channels to support lead generation, brand awareness, client engagement and business growth.
  • Create and manage high-quality digital marketing content across multiple channels, working with internal subject matter experts to translate technical information into compelling, audience-focused messaging while maintaining brand tone and authenticity.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and customer nurture programs that support client engagement, lead nurturing and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other relevant marketing platforms, identifying trends and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Optimise campaigns, content, online visibility and channel performance based on data-driven insights, providing recommendations on channel selection, marketing investment and campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to implement the digital marketing strategy, improve marketing processes and campaign workflows, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, AI tools , platform updates and industry best practices, leveraging appropriate technologies and contributing to broader marketing and cross-channel initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field,
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Executive or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and performance analysis.
  • Experience with paid social advertising, particularly Meta Ads , as well as planning and managing LinkedIn marketing campaigns and ongoing social media content.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, including Google Analytics , campaign performance reporting and the ability to interpret data and provide practical recommendations.
  • Proven experience creating engaging written and digital content across multiple channels, with the ability to use AI tools effectively while maintaining an authentic brand voice and avoiding generic AI-generated messaging.
  • Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns and customer nurture programs, with strong copywriting, communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented, with strong collaboration skills, the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, and a passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
