Lube or maintenance technician experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Compensation
- Pay range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. Starting rate is $20.00/hour, increasing to $22.00/hour upon successful completion of Toyota Maintenance Certification.

This role is a defined pathway to becoming a certified automotive technician within the Titus-Will Automotive Group.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, and Saturday availability is required. Our service department operates Monday through Saturday, and this role includes a fixed Saturday shift with a weekday off.

Shop Environment

Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
- Assist experienced technicians with vehicle diagnostics and repairs
- Road-test vehicles to verify repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow dealership safety and service procedures
Qualifications
- No prior automotive experience required; training is provided
- Automotive, mechanical, or shop experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Interest in growing into a certified automotive technician
- Ability to work Saturdays
