Schedule

• Full-Time
• Flexible shifts based on dealership hours
• Rotating Saturdays

Compensation

$20.00 per hour plus bonus potential

Top performers have opportunities to earn additional income through performance-based incentives and advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance services
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow Honda and dealership service procedures
• Assist Main Shop Technicians as needed
• Deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred

• Automotive or mechanical experience
• Technical school or dealership experience
• Honda or import vehicle experience
• Desire to build a long-term automotive career
