We're hiring Entry-Level Marketing & Events Associates to support community events, promotional campaigns, customer engagement, and nonprofit initiatives .

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Marketing & Events Associate, you'll work with an experienced team to support community events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities may include:

• Represent organizations and campaigns at community and live events
• Welcome and engage with customers, community members, and event attendees
• Provide information about featured programs, services, and campaigns
• Assist with event setup, activities, and promotional materials
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Support event marketing, promotional campaigns, and community outreach
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Help create a positive and engaging experience at events
• Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and professional development
• Work collaboratively with the team to support campaign goals

Paid Training & Professional Development

Previous marketing, event, or customer service experience is not required.

You'll receive paid training and hands-on coaching while developing practical skills in:

• Event marketing and promotions
• Customer service and customer engagement
• Community outreach
• Marketing communications
• Public speaking and presentations
• Brand representation
• Teamwork and leadership
• Business development
• Time management and organization
