  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail in room presentation, table settings, event timing, and overall guest experience.
  • Conduct thorough room inspections before, during, and after events to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Coordinate closely with culinary, stewarding, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead banquet team members by setting clear expectations and holding staff accountable to Keystone Lodge's service standards.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and real-time feedback to promote service excellence and operational consistency.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and guest-focused service.
  • Act as a role model by maintaining a strong work ethic and a willingness to work alongside the team in all aspects of event execution.

Operational Flexibility:

  • Support other Food & Beverage outlets and operations when banquet business levels fluctuate.
  • Serve as a working team leader in restaurant and bar operations as needed.
  • Assist with hosting, serving, food running, bartending support, and other operational duties to meet business demands.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all Food & Beverage service standards and procedures throughout the hotel.

  • Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and carrying equipment required for event setup and breakdown.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work associated with banquet operations.
  • Ability to work long hours during peak event periods while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of service.
