  • Minimum 6 months of previous work experience.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and perform repetitive movements.

  • Able to read work instructions, technical drawings, and a tape measure accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and dependable teamwork.
  • Solid attendance and stable work history.
  • Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production is a plus.
  • Familiarity with air, hand, and electric tools is helpful.
  • Strong memorization skills and ability to learn multiple assembly processes.

What You’ll Gain (Upon Permanent Conversion)

  • Quarterly profit‑sharing
  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match
  • Medical, Dental, Vision

  • Free access to onsite state‑of‑the‑art gym
  • 2 weeks paid vacation + 1 week paid sick leave/PTO
  • 12 paid holidays
  • Quarterly & annual performance‑based pay increases
  • Employee appreciation perks (including hot‑weather refreshments)

Work Environment

  • Modern, organized, well‑lit facility with skylights.
  • Not air‑conditioned; can be warm during summer months.
  • Work in small assembly pods of 3–4 team members.
  • Cross‑training across multiple assembly areas to build versatility and teamwork.
