Salary: $73,000 - 113,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a Pega Lead System Architect (CPLSA) certification.
• We expect working knowledge of Pega Infinity and Constellation in a Pega Cloud environment.
• We need demonstrated expertise in Pega Smart Dispute, Pega Customer Service, case management, and BPM.
• We prefer experience in financial services or banking.
• We require proficiency with integration technologies such as SOAP/REST APIs, MQ, and Kafka.
• We expect solid understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with DevOps practices.
• We need excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• We require strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• We expect the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• We value a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

• We will have the selected candidate define end-to-end Pega application architecture aligned with our business and IT strategy.
• We will rely on the candidate to lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing Pega solutions.
• We expect the role to ensure compliance with industry standards, banking regulations, and security requirements.
• We will have the candidate guide development teams in building Pega applications, frameworks, and integrations.
• We need the individual to provide mentorship and technical direction to Pega developers and system architects.
• We expect the role to conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and enforcement of best practices.
• We will have the candidate collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into Pega workflows and case management solutions.
• We expect the role to drive digital transformation initiatives such as customer onboarding, loan processing, compliance automation, and risk management.
• We will have the candidate design integrations between Pega and core banking systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
• We expect the role to explore emerging Pega capabilities, including AI, robotics, decisioning, and low-code automation, to improve the customer experience.
• We will rely on the candidate to recommend innovative approaches that increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
