We are seeking an experienced Pega Senior Developer (CSSA) to support enterprise Pega applications in a production support and application operations environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega Platform development, case management, production support, incident resolution, and application maintenance . This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting production issues, implementing enhancements, supporting deployments, and ensuring high availability of business-critical Pega applications. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.

• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise Pega applications and ensure system stability.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Pega applications using Pega best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent solutions.
• Support incident, problem, change, and release management activities in accordance with ITIL processes.
• Configure and develop Pega case types, workflows, business rules, decision tables, data pages, integrations, and UI components.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, QA, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve application issues.
• Support application deployments, release validation, and post-production verification activities.
• Monitor application performance and recommend improvements for scalability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and development best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, knowledge articles, SOPs, deployment guides, and support documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, audit, and organizational standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and operational efficiency.

• 8 10 years of IT experience with significant hands-on experience on the Pega Platform .
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification (Mandatory).
• Strong experience in Application Operations Support and Production Support environments.
• Expertise in Pega Case Management, Business Process Management (BPM), and application development.
• Experience with Pega integrations using REST/SOAP services and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of Pega deployment, release management, and application lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be eligible to obtain required security clearance/background verification .

• Experience with Pega Infinity platform and latest Pega features.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL databases and application servers.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production support environment.
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and mentoring capabilities.
