Retail Banking Manager

• $80,000 - $110,000 + Bonus

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Lead day-to-day retail banking operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow deposits, consumer lending, and other banking products and services.
• Recruit, coach, and develop branch staff, establishing clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback to support individual and team performance.
• Oversee branch sales and service goals, monitor results, and implement strategies to strengthen overall performance and customer retention.
• Ensure transactions, documentation, cash handling, and other branch activities are completed accurately and in accordance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the bank within the local community, developing relationships with businesses, organizations, and individuals to support market growth and the bank's overall objectives.

Job Requirements

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• 5+ Years Retail Banking Experience in a Management Position.
• Strong understanding of different marketing techniques.
• Multiple branch management Experience – a plus.
• Ability to travel to other branches.
