As a Security Officer Part Time Access Control Patrol in Sunnyvale TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

Day Time

02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients customers and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents customer concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas stockrooms entrances parking areas and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe for suspicious activity potential hazards and policy violations reporting observations to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents patrols and other security-related activities accurately and completely in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
