  • Present and defend creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining strategic intent and identifying opportunities to strengthen the work.
  • Direct designers, photographers, illustrators, and production partners from concept through final execution, applying appropriate production processes, image licensing, usage rights, and quality standards.
  • Partner with Client Services, Medical, Science & Regulatory, and Production teams to verify claims and content, resolve creative challenges, and deliver accurate work against project scope and deadlines.

  • Experience developing integrated campaign concepts and visual systems, with portfolio examples demonstrating art direction across multiple channels and deliverable types.
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences advertising experience, including demonstrated work within medical, regulatory, or claims-review processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience directing photography or illustration and carrying creative work through production and final delivery.
  • Experience with image licensing, usage rights, print or digital production workflows, and other agency creative-production processes.
  • Experience mentoring or supervising junior creatives through project-based direction, critique, and feedback.
