- Support ServiceNow administration and day-to-day platform maintenance

- Configure and maintain catalog items and service requests

- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding workflows

- Support user account management and role assignments

- Troubleshoot basic ServiceNow issues and escalate complex problems as needed

- Assist with dashboard creation and reporting requests

- Update existing workflows and configurations to align with current business needs

- Support laptop provisioning and employee onboarding processes

- Work closely with senior developers and administrators on ongoing platform enhancements

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
