Pay Range: $65 to 75/Hr on C2C
Role Overview ServiceNow Service Portal Developer with expertise in AngularJS widgets Service Catalog scripting REST APIs and integration with backend systems.
The candidate should build user-centric high-performing portal solutions aligned with ITIL processes while collaborating effectively with UX administrators process owners and development teams.
Role Descriptions We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The candidate should possess expertise in ServiceNow platform development ITSM processes integrations scripting and workflow automation.
The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders ServiceNow administrators and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Design develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Script Includes and ACLs.
- Configure and customize Service Catalogs Record Producers and Workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Implement Flow Designer solutions to automate business processes.
- Support ITSM processes including Incident Problem Change Request and Knowledge Management.
- Develop and maintain CMDB-related solutions and data integrations.
- Perform troubleshooting debugging and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards security policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
