Responsibilities :
Leading shifts with purpose
Leading day to day tasks
Leading productivity (controlling labor and food costs)
Ensure the completion of Jolt checklists
Being an integral part of Department meetings
Building relationships of trust and accountability with Team Members
Maintaining a fun work environment
Maintaining vision alignment with the Operator and Director team

Delegates tasks when needed
Takes charge and ownership of the shift

Available to open and close the restaurant a minimum of three times a week
Works an average of 32 hours a week

Previous restaurant supervisor experience
Full-Time Availability (30+ hours)
Compensation:
The hourly wage rate is $20 to $21
