Responsibilities
Design and implement individualized and group strength and conditioning programs based on athletes needs goals age and sport.
Lead strength training speed agility conditioning mobility and injury-prevention sessions.
Monitor athlete progress and make appropriate adjustments to training programs.
Teach proper exercise technique movement mechanics and safe training practices.
Develop positive relationships with athletes while promoting discipline accountability confidence and teamwork.
Collaborate with coaches to support athlete development.
Maintain a clean organized and safe training environment.
Keep accurate records of workouts athlete progress and performance metrics.
Stay current with industry research training methods and best practices in strength and conditioning.
