Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent support
• Guide clients through available benefit options and answer questions professionally
• Follow up with clients to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
