$77,000 to start - DOE

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to foster healthier relationships.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and address emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and enhance therapeutic approaches.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with therapy best practices.
• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Experience in facilitating individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to promote healthier relationships.
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and goals.
• Proven track record of collaborating with clients to identify and address emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
• Strong commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential client records for seamless continuity of care.
